We have an extensive wine list featuring wines from California, Washington State, France, Spain, Italy and around the world. Our Maitre'd is always happy to help you select the best wine to pair with your meal.
Executive Chef, Tom Wolfe has updated the menu with fresh, local ingredients for the Summer and we look forward to serving you at the bar or in the restaurant. Our bar menu includes roast beef debris stuffed potato skins that are absolutely decadent with a medium intensity zinfandel, such as The Prisoner, from Napa Valley. For starters, dare to try the Roasted Bone Marrow with Black Truffle Horseradish Crust and a light, refreshing Les Domaniers de Puits Mouret, Rosé from Provence, France. Of course, if you just can't resist our classic bone in rib eye or filet mignon, we have a variety of full bodied cabernets including Silver Oak, Jordan and Trinchero.
For a light ladies' lunch, we recommend the Mixed Baby Lettuce Salad with Roasted Pork Belly, Confit Tomato, Grated Egg, Aged Sharp Cheddar and a Horseradish Black Peppercorn Buttermilk with Pascal Jolivet Sancerre or Domaine des Sénéchaux Châteauneuf-du-Pape. And, if you love fresh Louisiana seafood, the Roasted Grouper on a Cauliflower Steak with Caramelized Leek, Fingerling Potato and Brown Butter Vinaigrette plus a bottle of Willamette Valley Vineyards, Pinot Gris will please your palate.
